Hair color for short hair in Washington, DC
Short hair color is for anyone with hair chin length or shorter, any gender and any texture: a Signature Color is $225 and takes 2 hours, in my studio a five-minute walk from Dupont Circle Metro.
On a pixie, a crop or a curly short shape, color is most of the look. Every inch shows, and short hair grows out fast, so I plan the color for week six as well as day one. I read your natural pigment in your hair, skin and eyes first, then mix.
Most first visits start with a Signature Color. After that, a Next Chapter keeps the roots and tone where we left them.

Questions
How often will short hair need color?
Short hair shows regrowth sooner. Most guests book a Next Chapter every 6 to 8 weeks.
Can I come in with box dye on my hair?
Yes. Start with the free consult so I can see what’s on your hair and plan the first visit.
Do you cut fades?
No. Keep your barber for the fade; I do the color.
